Frische Pilze und algen

Our selection of fresh mushrooms are healthy and tasty! Always cook them to enjoy a nice meal as the chitine in them locks many of the health benefits. Fresh spirulina is best as it doesn't have a bitter flavor as the powder does and contains the maximum amount of nutrients.

Microgreens

We produce sprouts of lentils, peas, sunflower and wheat for everyone's need.

Owning an hazelnut orchard in Turkey, we import a few kilos of high quality, hand-picked, organic hazelnuts each year. Nuts contain folic acid which is very beneficial during pregnancy and in general as the majority of the population is deficient in it.

Getrocknete Pilze

We dry and ground the overproduction when it happens, this way the virtues of the mushrooms are preserved. This powdered form can be used to make broths and soups or as a supplement. We also sell mycelium powder (without grain fillers) and spirulina powder
